The higher the temperature, the longer it will take to for the cocktail machine to freeze. On a very hot day it may take up to 1.5 hours to produce frozen cocktails. The triple bowl cocktail machine will take anywhere between 1.5-2 hours.

Yes, it is a good idea to have different flavours in your frozen cocktail machine as it offers some variety to party guests.

You will get approximately 60 drinks per 12L Bowl, so 120 drinks for a twin bowl cocktail machine and 180 drinks per triple bowl cocktail machine if serving in a 200ml cup. You will also get 60 drinks out of any cocktail mix refill bottles.

Yes, we provide 12 months warranty on the machine and compressor. Should the machine be damaged due to the user and not be a manufacturing defect, this will not be covered
